New! Group Pregnancy &

Postpartum Program

Join us for a 6 week pregnant and postpartum program to set the foundation of learning intentional strategies to help you navigate motherhood!

Come learn about the role of the core and pelvic floor as well as breathing, mindset, and movement strategies for long term strength and function to help meet and manage the everyday demands of being a mom! We will learn about common issues like Diastasis Recti, incontinence, hip/back pain and pelvic organ prolapse and how to navigate forward into this different season of life!

  1. Weeks 1 & 2 will be dedicated to learning mindset, breathing and movement strategies.

  2. Weeks 3 and 4 we will continue to build on this foundation learning to control and integrate these strategies into movements like squatting, hinging, pulling, pressing, and carrying- we do a lot of that right?! Let’s learn strategies to help us!

  3. Weeks 5 & 6 we progressively build into more load and volume with intention, assessing and then progressing.

My goal is to provide you with awareness and education about things that are rarely discussed in pregnancy or postpartum. This evidence based program will give you the tools to allow you to confidently navigate moving forward.

IMPORTANT: This is a different kind of program than you will be used to! It is intentionally designed to rebuild and reconnect your core and pelvic floor coordination and strength so that you can handle everyday mom demands and get back to doing what you love. While we will be doing strength and conditioning circuits, this is not a “body back” or “bounce back” program. Function first then we progress to the fun stuff!

While this is a group class, the class size is intentionally small. I assess and will work with each person as well as collaborate with your pelvic floor physical therapist. Each person will have their own unique considerations, progressions and strategies that must be considered. Many of these strategies can start to help manage symptoms of diastasis recti, incontinence, hip/back pain and prolapse.

I strongly recommend meeting and working with a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist during pregnancy or when you receive the 6 week all clear check from your physician or midwife.

A PFPT can assess you in ways your doctor or midwife won’t. In addition to working through these same strategies we learn in class, working with a PFPT was my gamechanger.

You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum to sign up for this class.

I will help coach and guide you to learn what works best for you and to help get you back to doing the things you love- whether that’s CrossFit, weightlifting, running, riding horses, boot camp, or just jumping on the trampoline with your kids!

Get the help, support, and guidance you deserve.
