  • Already have a program that you love either at the gym, box or from your garage but need some help dialing in strategies and making adjustments as you navigate pregnancy?

    Awesome! I can help be a part of your team during this season. Often times we don’t need to stop going to the box and working out with the community. You’ll receive daily modifications from me for your gym’s programming, modifying and adjusting workouts based on your considerations as a pregnant athlete that will support you now and your return postpartum.

    Monthly: $150

    Includes:

    • Programming delivered by the True Coach App

    • Videos and Instructions on how to adjust your workout for the day

    • Weekly check ins

    • Availability to check in with me as you have questions (max 24 hour response)

  • Individualized 1:1 remote coaching programs designed for the pregnant & postpartum athlete based on your unique considerations and goals.

    This allows us to create a custom program based on meeting you where you are, core or pelvic health symptoms, your available equipment, time and goals.

    We start with a consultation so we can discuss your goals, any core or pelvic health considerations and then develop a plan that best helps support you!

    Programming for pregnancy is designed on a monthly basis with programming being delivered weekly. You can start any week during pregnancy!

    Most postpartum programs last between 8-12 weeks, however some athletes decide to continue based on how recovery is going and their performance goals.

    • All programs are delivered through the True Coach app.

    • Detailed instructions and videos provided.

    • 3-5 days of programming available depending on your time and what would best support you!

    • Daily/Weekly Check Ins

    • Available for questions via chat or text (max 24 hour response)

    • Optional: Zoom Training sessions can be added weekly or monthly

    • Program cost is dependent on sessions per week and add on’s for virtual Zoom sessions.

    • Can I do sit-ups if I have diastasis recti?

    • How do I return to the gym after having my baby?

individual 8 Week postpartum Fitness foundations program

An 8 week postpartum program designed to help you rebuild and recover strength and coordination with pelvic floor and core considerations so you can confidently move forward with your fitness goals and everyday mom life demands!

During this program you will learn about the role of the core and pelvic floor as well as breathing, mindset, and movement strategies for long term strength and function to help meet and manage the everyday demands of being a mom!

If you have or think you may have common issues like Diastasis Recti, incontinence, hip/back pain and pelvic organ prolapse you will learn mindset, movement and progressional strategies to help you grow forward in confidence and strength.

  1. Weeks 1 & 2: dedicated to learning mindset, breathing and movement strategies through rehab style movements but also intentional to meet you where you are and integrate into everyday life.

  2. Weeks 3 and 4: continue to build on foundation learning to control and integrate strategies into movements like squatting, hinging, pulling, pressing, and carrying- Moms we do a lot of that right?! Let’s learn strategies to help you!

  3. Weeks 5 & 6: progressively build into more load and volume with intention, assessing and then progressing.

  4. Weeks 7 & 8: continue to progressively build towards performance goals

. Option 1:

  • 1 x week for 30 minute sessions at CrossFit Helix

  • At home workouts provided via TrueCoach mobile app with detailed instructions and videos

  • Customizations for existing programming if returning to your box or gym

  • Email/Messaging via app support for questions and accountability

Option 2:

  • 2 x week for 30 minute sessions at CrossFit Helix

  • At home workouts provided via TrueCoach mobile app with detailed instructions and videos

  • Customizations for existing programming if returning to your box or gym

  • Unlimited text/email/in app messaging support for questions and accountability

I now offer in person personal training sessions! These are limited, but I would love to help you meet your goals and connect with you face to face!

Packages available in 12, 24, and 48 sessions. Upon completion of our strategy call and initial consultation/assessment we will determine which is the right fit for you moving forward.

Individual personal training sessions are $90.
